#BringBackHumanity

Over 200 girls are missing, another bomb attack in the same area as the previous one. We won't stop praying, we won't stop tweeting and changing dps about the issues. We can't help but let anger in, and anyone who happens to smile has no feelings and is heartless.

Someone is gisting with you and you go, "you know they still haven't found those girls". It would be nice if what came to mind is hope that they would be found and a little prayer would do. Some would say, "hope ko, who would bring them back with this lazy government we have, our president can't set things straight" or "prayer without works". Newsflash: B*tching (pardon my french) about it is not doing anything either... When your emotions are filled with anger towards the nation, you're not helping, you're making matters worse, you're losing.

Let's picture this, your sister is missing, what's your first reaction?

Well, let's talk about my reaction, I look for her personally, even if I have no volunteers, even if I won't be sure I can overcome obstacles, I would give my best cause it's my sister and that's where we're wrong, we only go out of our way for loved ones, for fame, for power, for wealth not for humanity.

Most things are never going to make sense in this life, like why there are bad rich people amongst good rich ones. Like why the good girl has no kids in her husband's house along side the ones with terrible pasts or why the promiscuous has kids after several abortions. Like why "e ni to mo way, lo mo we". Like why people that date for long have bad marriages and ones who barely knew each other can make it work. Or why 234 girls would go missing in a school in the North. North, same north that has female children unwilling to study, now it makes sense to the "lazy girls" that just want to stay home and wait for bride price why education is bad.

On my updates, I saw in my updates, I saw "ile aye, ile asan". Vanity, all is vanity. The essence of living is lost, humanity is lost. We live for selfish desires, fame, power, wealth. Which are all good things but what's the point, we all die anyway.

When Jonathan sees the girls as his daughters, when the armed forces, police force see the girls has their children, when the people see them has sisters, then we would join hands to find these gals. So the CNN lady comes to Nigeria for this issue and we haven't left our smartphones. I understand she's getting paid but I'm sure there's a part of her that has found her humanity.

We've lost hope, we've lost joy, we've lost confidence, we've let fear in, we’re selfish, we’re greedy and we only do things for ourselves and we blame Jonathan. No doubt he’s a bad president but the people are dark too. Kill for a position you aren’t good at, bribe for grades you don’t deserve, marry someone for their money. Every little thing counts.

Love is what we need, love is what we should fight for, and unspeakable joy is what we should yearn for. Not the white men enslaving us in the name of helping us.
So we won’t stop praying, and we won’t stop hoping,we would search for the Chibok girls, we would pray for the families of the Nyanya victims but we would do our part, helping the least people we know, loving our neighbours and teaching them to pay it forward. It just might bring the girls back home. Let’s find our humanity, let’s make the world a better place while we’re still in it. I pray God gives us the heart to love. #BringBackLove #Bringbackourgirls #BringBackHumanity
